  • Renting event equipment from our business is a straightforward process. Begin by browsing our extensive inventory of event rental equipment, including tent, tables, chairs, and more. Once you've selected the equipment you need for your event, submit a rental request or contact our team. We'll work with you to confirm availability, discuss rental terms, and provide you with a quote. After we've agreed on the details, we'll arrange for the equipment to be delivered to your project site. When your rental period is complete, we'll coordinate the equipment's pick-up. It's a convenient way to access the equipment you need for your next event.

  • At this time we are not providing pick up options, delivery dates and times will be confirmed once we receive your reservation.

  • In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact our support team immediately. Depending on the issue and its cause, we'll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by our business. Please refer to our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance.

  • Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if your event takes longer than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team as soon as you anticipate the need for an extension. We will work with you to arrange the necessary documentation and adjust the rental terms accordingly. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's a good practice to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the equipment you need. We understand that schedules can change, and we're here to support your needs.
